Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment time, a 20% fee of the booked service will be charged
- If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment time, a 50% fee of the booked service will be charged
- If you no call/no show you will be charged 100% of the booked service
